**REMINDER** June 15: The State Hands-Free Law citations will start June 15. It is a secondary offense, and you must be pulled over for another violation. The Huntsville Hands-Free Ordinance citations start July 1. It is a primary offense, and you can be pulled over for just being on your cell phone.
